The invention of the electric stacker made lifting and loading of heavy supplies and tools onto trucks much easier for commercial enterprises. Earlier, a multitude of workers deployed heavy pulley systems to perform the job. These pulleys were often unsafe and also inefficient, as without the requisite number of personnel, they could not be operated. The electric stacker removed the inefficiency by replacing the workers with just one single operator, who can operate the machine to lift material weighing several times more than what was possible earlier.
